Welcome to LiteQA! By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using any part of the Service, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

LiteQA provides access to cloud tools that run automated tests on websites and surface quality insights (“Service”). We may improve or modify the Service at any time.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You will:

  • Test only websites you own or for which you have explicit, written permission.
  • Not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, nor attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Abide by all applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Fees & Payment

LiteQA operates on a pay-per-use basis; optional free-trial credits may be offered at our discretion. Fees, credit packages, and payment terms are shown in the dashboard or order pages. Prices are exclusive of taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax), which will be added where required. All charges are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to the Service, software, and documentation. You retain all rights to data and test artefacts you upload; you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results are probabilistic and may contain errors—you are solely responsible for validating outputs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the total fees you paid to LiteQA in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access with reasonable notice if you breach these Terms or for other legitimate reasons. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine having jurisdiction over the matter.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service 30 days after we post or notify you of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
