LiteQA (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates an online service that helps customers improve the quality of their web applications with AI-powered agents (“Service”).
2. Scope & Age Limit
This Policy explains how we handle information we receive from individuals (“Users”) who visit or use the Service or otherwise interact with us.
The Service is intended for adults only; you must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit data.

3.1 Cookies & Tracking
LiteQA uses:
- Essential cookies – required for login and security; set automatically.
- Analytics cookies – help us understand product usage; disabled until you accept the banner if you are in the EEA/UK.
Most browsers let you delete or block cookies; this may affect functionality.
4. How & Why We Use Data
- Provide & maintain the Service (account creation, test execution, reporting)
- Operate AI models supplied by external vendors to analyse website behaviour
- Communicate regarding support, security alerts, and product updates
- Improve & secure the Service (debugging, analytics, abuse prevention)
- Comply with law or enforce our Terms
Legal bases (where applicable): contract performance, legitimate interests, and, where required, consent.
5. Sharing & Transfers
We share data only as needed with trusted subprocessors:
- Hosting & edge infrastructure (Hetzner Cloud, Cloudflare, AWS, Google Cloud)
- AI model providers (e.g. OpenAI, Google AI)
- Email / support, analytics, and payment processors (current list at
/subprocessors)
All vendors are bound by confidentiality and data-processing agreements. Data may be transferred internationally and protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
6. Retention
We keep user-supplied test artefacts for no longer than necessary to provide the Service (default 30 days). Account and billing records are retained as required by law or our legitimate business needs.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or object to certain processing. Contact us as shown in §9. We will respond within the legally required timeframe.
8. Security
We apply industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and periodic security reviews. However, no system is 100 % secure.

10. Changes
